Duties and responsibilities have included preparation of all WVDEP permitting, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Protection and Enhancement Plans, phase release applications, planting plans, selenium treatment, water and soils analysis, drainage design, and stream delineation, surface mine and deep mine permitting and reclamation projects, and environmental compliance.
