I am a Clemson University graduate with a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology and a passion for connecting people and technology. I currently work as an Information Technology Recruiter at TEKsystems, a leading provider of IT staffing and services in North America, Europe and Asia. I have developed strong sales and hospitality skills from my previous experiences as a waitress and a phone representative.As an IT Recruiter, I utilize various sources and methods to identify, attract, and engage qualified IT professionals for contract, contract to hire, and direct placement opportunities. I also work closely with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and IT workforce needs. I enjoy building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients, and helping them achieve their career and business objectives. I am always eager to learn new technologies, trends, and best practices in the IT industry, and to share my insights and perspectives with my team and network. I am looking for a new challenge where I can leverage my IT recruiting expertise, sales and hospitality skills, and psychology background to contribute to the success of a dynamic and innovative organization.
