I'm a senior leader with extensive experience in program management, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and integration management, having worked for industry-leading organizations such as FIS, SEI and Deloitte. Over the past decade, I have specialized in leading large-scale projects, guiding strategic transformations, and driving operational efficiencies, with a focus on seamless integration of corporate acquisitions and organizational change management. Currently, as a Senior Director at FIS, I oversee the functional integration of corporate acquisitions, ensuring that initiatives align with company-wide goals, optimizing resource allocation, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to deliver the deal rationale. My work focuses on providing visibility into integration processes, supporting the smooth transition of new acquisitions, and ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives. Before joining FIS, I spent the majority of my career in management consulting. Most recently at SEI, I led consulting engagements in program management and change management, where I helped clients navigate complex transformations and implement sustainable solutions.I'm also extremely passionate about serving the Greater Cincinnati community and currently serve as a Board Member of Women100, an organization dedicated to bringing women together to support charitable causes through strategic donations, essential services and grants. I'm also a member of Kindervelt #50 which is the largest axillary fundraising organization for Cincinnati Children's Hospital and a dedicated supporter of Dress for Success Cincinnati (DSFC).
