Whole Body Associate Team Leader
Current- Works with entire team to meet daily routine and goals- Sets financial goals and milestones to reach WoW and YoY to push the team to success - Creates schedules in Kronos- Have 1 on 1’s with team members to discuss feedback, share wins/losses and performs hard conversations to develop team member growth- Back-up order writer- Creates order allocations when needed for major events and sale changes- Perform lengthily marketing floor changes- Merchandises home goods, supplements, lifestyles and body care; Merchandising lead - Plans with WB TL and team for major sale events and marketing changes. - Performs daily safety walks, cross-audits with other teams- Offers exceptional customer service with extensive knowledge in all things Body Care and Supplements- Fills out excel spreadsheets, communicated daily with store leadership, collaborates with other teams and daily user of Microsoft Outlook- Performs job dialogues and interviews- Reaches out to vendors and works with 3rd party partners to push items per basket & get local inclusivity - Can work on most teams if given the opportunity - Monitors labor and sales - Makes executive decisions for the teams best interest
