Boulder County’s Personal Finance Program offers free and confidential, individual financial counseling to all income levels. The focus of the program is to facilitate sustainable financial knowledge, empowerment and confidence. In an appointment, I work with clients to build confidence in their financial decisions by clearly defining realistic goals and creating a spending plan that puts them on a path toward those goals.I offer expertise in individualized financial capability, student loan repayment, the home buying process (loan types, home affordability, credit reports, debt to income ratio, assistance programs etc.), credit improvement, debt reduction, foreclosure prevention, and more. While I am trained to understand the complexities of the industry, I recognize that the client knows their financial situation better than anyone else and is therefore the one who can best direct his or her financial future. The PFP is a referral partner for many Boulder County community partners, housing programs, loan & grant programs as well as open to the general public. Comarca Ngabe Bugle, Panama

Lived and served as an aqueduct and sanitation specialist in a remote community of the indigenous reserve. -Designed, trained and constructed 30 sanitary latrines benefiting almost 300 people.-Analyzed, renovated and expanded community water system benefiting 160 people-Researched and developed an interactive women's family health seminar that resulted in healthier habits in 75% of community homes. -Taught 3 multilingual national Project Management & Leadership seminars.-Facilitated 6 Rural Aqueduct Management Seminars.-Co-authored the manual "El manejo de acueductos rurales"as well as the user's guide.
