Maintained caseload for case management per regulations for MassHealth's Adult Foster Care program.

Serving as lead clinician for an active caseload. Facilitates cooperative team approach as the service hub for families served, provides individual and family counseling, works with therapeutic mentors and therapeutic training and support staff, creates individual action plans, provides parent education on variety of topics, completes the following assessments: CANS, comprehensive, safety, risk, others as needed.

Served as a mental health clinician for adopted children and their families through ARI's Preserving Families program. Provided individual counseling session both in-home and in-office and assisted in facilitating Preserving Families support group.

Member of the street outreach team, responsible for making first contact with people experiencing homelessness and housing instability. Served as an unbiased witness to people's lives and experiences, carried a caseload for management including applications for services, housing and benefits, medical management, documentation assistance, etc.
