Software Support Specialist:Responsible for the daily software support for clients nationwide. Main duties included but were not limited to; general helpdesk questions, troubleshooting server problems and overhauling and inputting new data.

Responsible for the circuit design of DS3 and OCN fiber optic circuits. Duties included; completion of order preparation to include contacting the customer, proper order entry of circuit order, ordering local loop with the local exchange carrier, maintain contact with the LEC, CLEC, or CAP prior to loop installation, virtual design on the circuit, as well as keeping the customer abreast of the status of their order.
