• Support the global data centers in the areas of data integrity and position management.• Oversee and maintain the monthly data integrity reports and ensure data errors are resolved in a timely manner.• Ensure compliance with the global position management standards.• Establish a routine governance process to monitor open positions and adherence to PM processes.• Create and maintain the Global Org Naming Standard; duties include a periodic review to ensure continued, global consistency and adherence to the standard.• Responsible for the monthly SOX audit: run data reports, audit reports and ensure resolution of all data/documentation errors. Represent the US data center at the annual, company-wide SOX audits.

• Manage and direct daily operations of the CES data specialists. Provide direction on prioritization of workload. • Responsible for departmental metrics of both incoming calls and transactions. • System administrator of the case management system. Produce monthly SOX reports for auditing. • Participate and/or lead projects as necessary, such as SOP refresh project, large-scale corporate reorgs, etc.

• Partner with HRGs by sharing experience and knowledge of the business, attending key meetings, and proactively updating them on HR technology updates, and company policies and procedures.• Develop methods and procedures for compiling and analyzing data. Track trends, interpret data and collaborate with HRGs by providing recommendations/solutions based on data analysis. • Deliver both monthly and quarterly HR metrics; continuously review current metrics to determine if additional measurements/reports are needed.• Responsible for weekly position management/headcount reconciliation reporting, requiring ongoing collaboration with HRGs and Talent Acquisition, as well as a thorough understanding of the US Commercial business and the types of positions in the various business units.• Responsible for ongoing coaching, training, and guidance to the team’s HR Assistants.• Establish ongoing collaboration with the team’s designated CES Rep; provide education on the US business and its organizational structure, give advanced notice of any upcoming large-scale reorganizations, and leverage their assistance for any SAP-related needs. • Maintain data integrity by running queries and analyzing data, identifying risks and weaknesses, and making improvement recommendations. • Affirmative action and EEOC; provide a consolidated, annual report of the AAP to the team.
