- Lead Coordinator for and successful management of multi-day affairs, totaling forty-two weddings and events in the first year of employment.- Handle all communication with the client, outside vendors, and The Farm Team regarding the event beginning 6 months out. - Create and oversee implementation of floorplans, timelines, lodging, contractual obligations (both for The Farm, and outside vendors), and client expectations. - Execute “day of” duties of high-end weddings and events including timeline adhearment and adjustments, food and beverage service, and client personalities.
