I have a deep passion for guiding others on a path of health, nutrition & mindset modification.I love exercise. I love exercising. I love learning about exercise. But, what I love most of all is sharing this love with others!Fitness has been my true passion since I can remember. I have always held athletics in high esteem. Now, I have created balance in my life as an adult with three small boys who need me every single day. I have to put my health, nutrition & mindset first so that I can keep my cup full in order to fill their cups each day!I want to give everyone the feeling of dedication, accomplishment, balance, and of knowing that hard work pays off over time. I chose to commit to a life of health & fitness from a young age. It was one of the most important decisions I made. This decision led me to receive a scholarship to swim at East Carolina University, to meet my husband (who also swam @ECU!), to teach myself how to run & eat for fuel after I dried off from the pool which led me down the path of triathlete, adventure racer & so much more. Moving always felt so good I decided I had to share this love with anyone who would listen.-Enter the fitness world. I did everything from clean sweaty machines, demo exercises for gym members, create group classes, teach water aerobics, shadow trainers, and so much more. I just loved being at the gym. -I'm not the best at these things but what I am the best at is crafting personalized, goal-focused exercise programs for people who want to change their lives while becoming healthier.What I can help you with is understanding how to:-Set a goal-Make a plan-Change 1 small thing per day-Stay focused-See results-->My ultimate goal is creating balance where it once was!
