Since 2014, I have been leading our marketing department, initially supporting just one brand with 8 offices. Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience in community and relationship marketing, which has been instrumental in successfully supporting the expansion of PepperPointe and the dental offices we serve. By collaboratively implementing cornerstone tactics, my team has effectively increased patient engagement, acquired new patients, and achieved significant practice growth.Using a combination of insight, experience, and data, I strategically guide the marketing support for 82 different practice brands and 135 pediatric dental, orthodontic, and general dental locations. My passion lies in providing customized marketing support to our doctor partners, evident in how I lead my team to leverage personalized strategies and tactics that help each practice achieve its goals and promote excellent patient care.As a member of PepperPointe's executive leadership team, I have played a pivotal role in the formation and continued growth of PepperPointe. With my "can-do" attitude and considerate leadership style, I am driven by achievement, innovation, efficiency creation, and organization. This has enabled a successful transition for our department and company as a whole to support our exponential growth. I thrive in collaborative environments and find great professional satisfaction in working as a team to push boundaries and achieve goals. I enjoy critical thinking exercises and taking a deep dive into challenges, opportunities, and implementing positive and impactful change. Caring for people lies at the heart of WGM Orthodontics' and now PepperPointe's marketing strategy. It has instilled in me a deep appreciation for the opportunity we all have to make a difference in others' lives.
