CurrentLead, architect, and execute a learning & organizational development agenda that drives the growth of Seneca Holdings through: - Strategic Alignment: Understand business priorities to craft and execute a comprehensive learning and development approach that strategically enables Seneca Holding's mission and goals.- Stakeholder Collaboration: Cultivate trusted partnerships and collaboration with executive leaders, HR, department heads, and other stakeholders to align and integrate learning and development efforts for impact.- Leadership Development: Design and implement leadership programs to position leaders in successfully setting and maintaining a fast pace of growth within the organization.- Talent Management: Lead talent management processes including talent reviews and succession planning to understand Seneca’s talent landscape, surface and act on high priorities, and ensure talent capability for the company’s future.- Learning Programs: Develop and deliver diverse learning programs such as manager training, functional learning, and team dynamics including e-learning, workshops, coaching, and peer-led groups.
