Primary staff member of the Community Impact Team to lead UWIRC's transition to community impact. Work intimately with Vision Councils for three Impact Areas of Education, Financial Stability and Health, assist in training Citizen Review Panels and work with partner agencies on their community outcomes. Design and implement highly successful Community Impact initiatives, from discovery of community needs, to procurement and selection of funded partners, to reporting of results; facilitate communications and relationships with community partners and key stakeholders. Develop timeline and processes for transition to two year funding. Represent UWIRC in community as a leader, speaker and/or participant in the area of community impact.

Supports the efforts of United Way of Lake County by managing all details of the Success By 6, and Safe and Stable Families Programs. This includes the funding, high impact initiatives and projects that support the programs. Responsible for developing, supervising, and reporting on the impact of collaborative projects as directed by the United Way of Lake County Strategic Plan, key groups and committees.

Management position charged with ensuring the continued growth and development of the Success By 6 initiative through advocacy and collaborative partnerships; ensuring the continued growth and development of United Way’s Volunteer Center, promoting volunteerism through current and future relationships; managing the Financial Stability program; leading the philanthropic leadership programs - Women's Leadership Initiative and ACCEL Young Leaders; and exploring and implementing new community initiatives as an effective means of carrying out the Community Impact Business Plan.
