Led implementation of an Employee Safety Initiative which produced: A decrease in incident rate from 9.48 to 5.30 from 2006-2009. A 50% decrease in the total incurred claims cost from 2006-2009. A workman compensation Experience Rating improvement of 0.07 in 1.5 years.Directed continuous quality improvement initiatives resulting in an increase in overall resident satisfaction from a mean score of 89.5 in 2007 to a 91.3 in 2009 -which corresponds to a positive deviation of 4.9 in a national benchmark.Created a program of “experiences” to improve communication between management level employees with a 94% participation rate as of 2009.This position served an 82 Acre CCRC with 600 employees and approximately 750 residents.
