I am currently working as a behavior assistant/mid-level case supervisor in the Bay Area under the supervision of Reggie Ponio, BCBA. Inspired by the colleagues I trained under, I am in my second year of attending Florida Institute of Technology's MA in Behavior Analysis Practice program for future certification as a BCBA. Some of my ABA passions include working with stakeholders to create function-based treatment programs, educating teens and their parents on autism burnout, and teaching the value of having a robust leisure repertoire.
