- Plan, Configure and Test all Benefit changes in Workday- Collaborate with other functional areas (HCM, Payroll, Time/Absence, etc.) to ensure a positive user experience within Workday- Administer Open Enrollment for 26,000 benefit eligible employees and 10,000 retirees- Collaborate with internal Reporting and Integrations teams to manage all processes related to Benefits- Manage Affordable Care Act Compliance and Reporting - Actively participate with the Workday Community to improve the product, ensure we have the best configuration and help others troubleshoot
