I serve as a primary point of contact for 28-33 higher education clients, helping them prioritize challenges and questions and identifying research solutions to address those needs. After setting a research agenda, I manage to project lifecycle, including the management of research teams across a range of methodologies (quantitative, qualitative, survey, and secondary literature-based research). I present that research to key stakeholders at the client’s institution to provide recommendations for implementation and future research. The colleges and universities that I serve are located in the United States as well as abroad (including Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom). I represent Hanover in client presentations both through remote and in-person meetings. In addition to project management, I directly manage 1-2 researchers, helping to mentor their career paths and train them in additional research skills and resources.
