Visual management is my main focus within the brand. I work to set and prepare the store for all floor sets and day to day updates. this includes placing new products within the stores standards along with improvising based on the space available within the particular store environments at Kenwood. This also includes as well replacing and re-merchandising older product to appear as fresh and new to any revisiting clients. This plays an important role since merchandising is one of the main ways to boost sales within and company. I also have the responsibility to place and set marking throughout this meaning that all products have their own identity and price available to any viewing client. Along with visual and marketing for the store I am also responsible for running the sale floor and being a team leader for all employees pushing and driving them to strive to be the best they can be along with being a teacher to them. I have gained skills in driving and closing large scale sales as well as working hand and hand with designing clients nurseries and children's rooms in store and in home.

Worked hand and hand with many of the stores within the home office district focusing mainly on visual merchandising and marketing. Having a strong understanding of visual phycology and the power of marketing. I focused on presenting the image of the store not only through table and hanging displays but form displays as well. This included styling and presenting the brands wearability through display. As well as merchandising and marketing I also focused on lighting, also not something that is glorified I mastered the importance of appearance for the store image. I also learned many strong management skills and communication skills. Working within a Home Office district there is an added pressure to present the store and employees at their very best at all times. Having worked in stores that catered to Home Office employees I was able gained many skills in working with higher end clients with very high expectations. All in all I managed many floor sets with high expectations in merchandising and marketing. with a strong focus of store image through displays.
