Previously an elementary teacher with years of classroom experience in an English Learner inclusion classroom, I have transitioned to a district-level leadership role, where I currently support MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports) and SEL (Social-Emotional Learning) implementation across a county encompassing 98 schools.In my role as a district-level leader, I have had the privilege of collaborating with administrators and organizational leaders to drive positive change and enhance educational systems. I have worked closely with school principals, district officials, and community stakeholders to align strategic objectives, implement best practices, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.Recognized for my strong collaboration, communication, and relationship-building skills, I have effectively facilitated partnerships between schools, districts, and external organizations.
