Meredith is a dynamic choir director, show choir director, musical director, vocal coach, and private lesson instructor with 16 years experience from the elementary to the collegiate level. Meredith is an active member of TMEA TCDA, NATS, and is a former Region Chair for TPSMEA and AzACDA Board Member. She is a past member of the Mesa Encore Theatre Board of Directors. As a vocal instructor, she focuses on teaching a healthy vocal technique that can be applied to all styles of singing. She believes this is imperative to the success of any singer, as unhealthy singing leads to lifelong vocal problems and can cut a singer’s career drastically short. Meredith is a unique vocal instructor because she is successful in teaching both classical and music theatre styles. As a performer, she auditions and performs often with regional theatres and as soloist for sacred and choral ensembles. Meredith holds a BM Vocal Performance from Texas Tech University, and a MM Musical Theater/Opera Performance from Arizona State University.
