New Destiny Housing Corporation's mission is to increase the housing and services available to low-income domestic violence survivors in New York City. It develops and manages housing, assists other nonprofits to develop housing, and provides training and technical assistance to domestic violence survivors and their advocates. Oversaw real estate project management, including design development, project feasibility and development pro formas, and funding proposals. Coordinated development team of architect, contractor, funders, and project consultants. Administered project financing, managing portfolio until buildings in operation.
