• Developing and implementing a corporate-wide staff engagement program designed to foster sustainable behaviours in the workplace for a Canadian utility;
• Working with the Real Property Services of the Federal Government to develop approach to sustainable building certification as well as developing an employee handbook designed to support execution of its sustainability.
• Conducting research project on developing an energy engagement and training program for building operators for FortisBC;
• Evaluating an Energy Specialist Program and formulating recommendations to update the program structure;
• Creating customized tools to help clients achieve energy savings, reduce GHGs and divert waste from landfill.

• Building and managing a best-in-class volunteer engagement program that supports the organization’s strategic priorities.
