As a Senior Product Manager at InsurTech and Startup, Coterie Insurance, I led the tech that distributes our products to small business owners, agents, and integrated partners. We delivered business insurance using data and technology for instant quoting and policy issuance. I identified, scoped, and launched new product offerings to increase customer stickiness and revenue. With over eight years of experience in tech, focusing on product management and innovation, I have a proven track record of delivering value to customers and driving revenue for companies and clients across various domains and industries. I have successfully launched products that solve real problems with customers' needs at the forefront, such as:- Coterie's "Manage My Risk Program" to help small business owners protect their business and reduce claims - Coterie's "Commercial Insurance API" to enable integrated partners to distribute our insurance products to their customers on their platforms - Coterie's white-labeled, digital quoting tool, "My Digital Agency," to maximize an agency's online sales - Adobe's Sales Compensation tool to aid sales teams with managing their book of business and tracking their commission- Amtrak's eCommerce website and mobile app for customers to book trips and manage their accounts I have also created prototypes for various innovation projects through Deloitte's Doblin and Catalyst groups to enable sales and new partnerships.My proudest achievement to date is founding Women of the Wasatch, a 501(c)(3) with 1,000+ members dedicated to building an inclusive community for women runners and raising aspirations and confidence of girls by connecting them to female role models. We empower and unite women and non-binary individuals both on and off the trails. Our group has received online recognition and funding from Salomon, Nike, Lululemon, Altra, and Outside Magazine.Outside of work, I enjoy trail running, backcountry skiing, and mountain biking with my two dogs. I completed my 2,200 mile thru-hike of the Appalachian Trail in 2018 and 2,650 mile thru-hike of the Pacific Crest Trail in 2019.
