I am committed to providing staff with evidence-based practices to address the current complex classroom needs through coaching and developing professional development to assist in utilizing best practices.As the Director of Content & Learning, I bring nearly thirty years of experience to collaborate with school districts as well as the talented team at Thrive Alliance Group (TAG). By harnessing school-based mental health counseling, training, coaching, and certification programs, we can drive data-driven results that promote wellness to "thrive" in all aspects of our schools. In addition to coaching the volunteers in teaching strategies and cultural respect, we created and implemented engaging science instructional activities and contributed to providing the community with 2 free daily camper meals, home construction, school maintenance, and food pantry services.EDUCATIONAL MISSIONMy passion for fostering educational equity across student backgrounds and abilities was ignited as a child watching a relative struggle with a learning disability.
