We provided a welcoming environment to the Y and constantly strived to exceed the expectations of all Y members and guests. I supported and mentored the membership staff, who assisted members and guests daily at the front desk.

At Thelma, I coordinated all details of events, including event timelines, budgets, and client/vendor/speaker/performer needs. I communicated event plans to attendees and to Thelma staff. I scheduled and supervised the event set-up staff and bartender staff and provided a variety of on-site support at performances and events at Thelma.

Oshkosh, Wi

I worked with all team members at the Oshkosh Convention and Visitors Bureau to bring events to Oshkosh, Wisconsin's Event City. I provided support in advance of the events as well as on-site support during the events. I really enjoyed greeting and helping visitors in Oshkosh, whether it was at EAA, the Tough Mudder Mud Run, a basketball tournament, or a parade. I helped design some of the print materials such as the Oshkosh Dining Guide and Oshkosh Coupon Book. I was the primary liaison for the bureau's satellite office at The Outlet Shoppes at Oshkosh.

I coordinated client, vendor, speaker, and guest needs at various events in northeastern Wisconsin. I worked on-site at these events, ensuring the event ran smoothly. I often coordinated the guest registration and event summaries.
