•Oversee day-to-day staffing and recruitment processes within the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Nursing Divisions. Manage and motivate team to meet and exceed revenue goals•Source, recruit, and place Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey in multiple clinical settings•Forecast monthly division revenue and spend, manage margins, and ensure team is achieving revenue targets.
