This graduate trainee program is geared towards expanding my knowledge of the corrugated industry and gaining exposure to each of PCA's business operations and best practices. Rotating throughout multiple departments in a specialty plant, I had the opportunity to work with seasoned professionals in a promotional packaging environment. I have a direct network to other PCA advantages, with the added benefit of colleagues placed in PCA plants throughout the nation.

- Collected information on client's machine capabilities, product, and supply chain to create a quality control database for film end-use specifications- Our team created a fit-for-use form template to apply the data to. Then these forms were organized into a catalogue for quality technicians and the production team to use to mitigate defective film per customer- Collaborated with sales, customer service, and quality departments to start paving the way for continued research regarding quality control
