Meredith joined M2B Retirement Consulting, LLC in October, 2016 as the Chief Business Development Officer with more than 15 years in the retirement plan industry.Over the course of her career, she has handled all aspects of defined contribution plan administration, trained and mentored new employees, and assisted with the detailed review of work products prepared by other Analysts. She has broad knowledge and understanding of complex testing designs, including new comparability and DB/DC combination plan arrangements, IRS correction programs, and new client on-boarding.At M2B, Meredith focuses on strengthening relationships and growing the referral network and new business sales. She prepares design analysis for prospective clients, helps to identify cross-selling opportunities for defined benefit plans, participates in client and prospect meetings, and manages a large book of business.
