Meredith Nathan is a graduate of Northwestern University as well as the Chicago School of Massage Therapy (now Cortiva Institute), and continued her education through the Upledger Institute. She lead the development of the Fertility Enhancing Massage (FEM) Protocol after working with hundreds of women seeking to improve their fertility since 2004. Meredith has been highlighted in Conceive Magazine, as well as Conceive on Air. The daughter of a biophysicist and a craniosacral therapist, she is passionate about blending the best of holistic modalities, grounded in science. Wanting multiple tools to help her clients achieve their wellness goals, Meredith also studied nutrition, supplementation and skin health. In partnership with Nutrilite, Interleukin Genetics, and Believe in Beauty, she provides life-friendly solutions for weight management, low-immunity, fatigue, children's health, women's health, skin toxicity, and anti-aging. Through multiple modalities, Meredith strives to empower women and families to achieve optimal, radiant health, one day at a time.
