Condition Monitoring Analyst
CurrentMonitor customer fleet to reduce unit downtime and have unit back in service as soon as possible. Follow up on repair order statuses within 24-48 hours of case creation. Perform background administrative maintenance within the customer’s PACCAR Solutions accounts (Decisiv and Smartlinq) by organizing and updating up to 3,500 units to the appropriate terminal, perform unit transfers as well as remove decommissioned/to-be-sold units, and add new units that have been added to the fleet. Act as liaison between the customer and dealer. Ensure transparency between the customer and dealer by adding all communications to each unit’s Decisiv case for all parties to refer back to. Communicate to PACCAR Parts and request backordered parts’ orders to be expedited and monitor until part is shipped. Monitor pending estimates and send out a daily report listing which units in the fleet are in repair, and highlighting units with estimates that are pending approval to move forward with repairs.
