- Support producers with all pre-sale related new business activities, which includes attending meetings at prospective clients- Provide appropriate and required applications of coverage for each carrier/vendor to the Employer Group, advising client on how to correctly complete the paperwork- Manage the employer-level enrollment integrations for all lines including but not limited to, health, dental, ancillary coverages, voluntary coverages, PBM's, FSA, HSA, virtual care providers, wellness vendors and clinical vendor arrangements- Submit employer-level applications to the carriers of choice- Manage employer group and carrier/vendor timelines for a timely implementation- Manage calendars for any new vendors or enrollment vendor changes- Lead discovery call with vendors upon confirmed client confirmed carriers/vendors of choice- Implementation meetings/calls with the employer group, carrier, and vendor partners- Ensure customer satisfaction by consistent communication, follow up and timeline update on the implementation- Timely and appropriate communications to account teams- Champion process improvements and technology enhancements- Manage multiple tasks and implementations simultaneously- Manage off cycle implementations - Share industry trends noted from the RFP process- Vendor implementation relationship management
