In this role as a leader on TNTP's growing Workforce team, I lead TNTP's workforce planning and resource management strategy, growing and balancing national, regional and contingent resources and ensuring staff are sustainably deployed and matched to work aligned to organizational priorities and staff skills and experience. I also lead our team's data, reporting, communication and knowledge management strategy and provide strategic advisory to TNTP's senior leaders, including sharing best practices for project scoping, ensuring consistency in staff experience and utilization of people resources. I also support TNTP's management strategy, including retention, succession planning and career progression for a growing workforce. Additionally, I oversee the management and optimization of Workday Recruiter and Projects and support TNTP's performance management and compensation strategy.

I lead a team to evolve and execute and our internal workforce strategy, including overseeing the expansion of our flexible workforce. Our team works closely with the Talent Acquisition Team to ensure we have the staff needed to effectively and sustainably meet organizational goals.

I split my time between supporting our internal staffing and workforce strategy and engaging directly with clients across the country on talent, operations, and central office topics.
