Scheduling of messages to our satellite systems

Started as Voice Scheduling Supervisor February 2015Managed the responsibilities of scheduling coordinators in the Ft Mill Office Of Mood

Verifies information once received from Voice, work orders, store list with use of spreadsheets to ensure proper sites getting messages Schedules workload to ensure timely completions of orders, Providing technical assistance for affiliates with service issues. Coordinates account traffic with other account coordinators to ensure that messaging get uploaded and scheduled to the proper devices that a client may have. Troubleshoot with the Voice Team and any other department when issues arise from a client not receiving or hearing messages. Celebrating Excellence Award 2001,
