- Provide detail-oriented and participatory teaching to ensure new employees are prepared and customers receive the best experience, increasing customer loyalty- Work directly with other Training Coordinator and Blended Salary Manager to plan, execute, and lead training “classrooms” for thirty front-of-house employees- Multi-task while attending to new and returning guests, and provide excellent customer service and memorable experience- Resolve customer and employee disputes with autonomy in a positive manner- Maintain cleanliness of restaurant and ensure continuous operation of facility through attention to detail and proactive planning

- Work closely with Chief Executive Officers and Chairman of the Board for the ETS Group, LLC companies (XtremedX LLC, SmartSense LLC, and Axia Fibers LLC) - Construct presentations for conferences and potential business partners- Manage and oversee interns- Align branding for consistency in voice between ETS Group companies- Assist in the formation of the parent company, ETS Group, LLC - Perform competitive analyses and product research for the companies - Complete organizational and office administrative tasks including facilitating calls with clients and business partners- Volunteer and member of the Simpsonville Rotary Club

- Conduct market research for five to ten clients per week from various business fields- Read, analyze, and relay information from industry reports to clients and colleagues- Present projected viability of clients’ business ventures in their prospective areas- Construct business plans, market plans, and loan proposals alongside four other student interns and a mentor allowing for experience with solo and joint projects

- Coordinate, guide, and instruct children through group and individual play, record daily activities, organize daily schedule- Communicate daily with parents, coworkers, and supervisors

- Correspond with teachers and students to provide extended learning opportunities and experiences outside of the normal school day- Encourage growth and development of reading and math skills- Nurture language development for English Language Learners

I was employed by the Big Blue Marble Academy for the summers of 2017 and 2018. I had the opportunity to to provide care for children of one-to-two years of age. I documented daily activities and events, prepared mealtimes, organized naptimes, and communicated daily with parents and superiors.
