I guided and supported a diverse team of FTEs and volunteers and served on the executive team driving programs, contract negotiations, community, and emergency response initiatives. I strove to improve processes through evaluation, training, and technology and bring on-target services to at-risk members of our community and ensure the health and safety of my team, my organization, and my community.➡️ HIGHLIGHTS:▷ Delivered 100,000+ meals to Navigation Centers and 2 million meals and 5,473 safety checks to 5,226 seniors and adults with disabilities to ensure clients received proper nutritional support and safely remained in their homes. ▷ Grew volunteer engagement from 1,000 to 3,000 individuals over two years through an aggressive outreach, recruiting, and engagement strategy.▷ Launched 3 new programs in response to the COVID-19 pandemic in partnership with the City and County of San Francisco: Isolation and Quarantine Food Line, Great Plates Transition, and Home Delivered Meal – Breakfast programs.▷ Drove implementation of Salesforce to centralize data and improve processes across the organization.
