Current* Responsible for onboarding, lifecycle, retention, and renewal of large enterprise accounts.* Retain $2 million in revenue by engaging stakeholders in goal setting and strategic planning, around the implementation of Discovery Education’s products. * Design and implement relationship-driven success/sales strategies that increase renewal rate and drive growth.* Develop and implement strategies related to user management, stakeholder communication, professional development, instructional usage, and community events.* Work closely with sales counterpart to identify and drive cross-sell and upsell.* 2021 President’s Club recipient for exceeding individual sales goals.
