This inventory led to the development of our global harmonization strategy.- Led an effort to sunset the use of SuccessFactors™ as an HR system of record and save $1.7M- Led a corporate level project to launch Workday for 38 countries in 7 months and a separate project for 10 countries and 30,000 employees to support an integration. - Led the change management, communications, and training efforts for the Workday implementation, including the development of all collateral for HR, employees and managers and the execution of training and communication plans globally.- Led the initiative to collapse 4 employee facing HR sites into one, requiring a team of people to disposition thousands of documents and pages. - Led the Manager Self-Service (MSS) experience improvement efforts for Collins – impacting 5,000 managers in the U.S. Also assisted in deploying MSS to six countries in 2019.- Led 5 global process improvement teams to rewrite key processes for Collins HR including the separation and reduction in force processes
