After being a member of the team, and then serving as an Assistant Swim Coach for 2 years, I was asked to take over the 10 year conference champion swim team: Webster Waves, due to the retirement of beloved 15 year head coach in 2019.I managed over 300 children and their families. I am in charge of creating daily practices, and creating weekly dual-meets.

In 2015 I was hired as a group and private swim lesson instructor, where with in two weeks I was promoted to coordinator replacing the previous who had been there 6 years, I was promoted because even though I was only 16 I showed promise and dedication. I revamped the program and set it up for success and I stepped down as head coordinator when I received.

In 2017, I was hired as a TigerSwim group and private lesson instructor. Where I planned and conducted lessons, during these lessons I provided leadership and guidance of each skill.

In 2018, I was promoted to Tiger Swim Lead due to my dedication and success as an instructor. Serving as a lead I communicate and lead the instructor staff and work directly with parents and participants. As a lead I create schedules, website programming, and help run day to day operations.

In May 2019 I was promoted to Head Manager of Webster Groves Aquatic Center after serving a variety of positions since 2015. As head manager of this large aquatic facility that sees thousands of patrons Daily, I also was in charge of a lifeguard staff of 50. I created schedules, helped with the hiring process, ran chemical and mechanical reports. I oversaw.

Served on Recruitment Team in a high leadership position for Fall 2018. Serving as Head of Recruitment team for Fall 2019.
