Meredith joined EANE in 1995 and was named President in 2002. With her vision and strategic direction, Meredith has led the organization’s expansion of its geographic footprint, steadily increasing member value through the development of services and the staff expertise necessary to support the workplace success of our members. EANE’s ability to recruit, develop, retain and engage talented professionals is grounded in their core values of customer-centric, accountable, creative, self-motivated and agile.Meredith’s experiences have provided her with a solid foundation in all aspects of human resources however her passion is employee engagement. She believes strongly that for organizations, the determining factor of how successful they’ll be is determined by their level of employee engagement. She is an accepted authority on organizational challenges such as culture, leadership, talent management, and employment trends.Meredith has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Vermont and is certified at the senior HR level by both HRCI and SHRM. She currently serves on the Chicopee Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and is Chair of the MassHire Hampden County Workforce Board. In balancing work and her personal life, Meredith will happily share pictures of her three grandchildren, the Outer Banks as her favorite vacation spot and will passionately cheer on the Boston Red Sox.mwise@eane.org
