Key member of a small operations team responsible for working with FERM EVP and senior leaders in Risk, Compliance, Audit and Security to help them deliver on strategic objectives, talent development, periodic business reviews and other top priorities.- Co-lead Job Shadow and Role Immersion Programs, providing associates with over 500 one-day job shadows and six-month rotational assignments. Managed evaluation and selection of role immersion participants with HR and business leaders. Helped a team design and implement an online app to facilitate matching of job shadow hosts and participants.- Manage internships for diverse college-bound high school scholars, including recruiting, onboarding and programming. Assisted leaders in shifting work and development assignments to accommodate the new virtual work environment.- Partner with FERM’s Head of Learning and Development to deliver educational series to ~1,300 associates across 15 global locations. Coach presenters on delivery style and content, and leverage associate feedback to drive program improvements.- Design and facilitate a rewards and recognition program with HR and business leaders to honor ~50 associates annually for exceptional achievements in leadership, business impact, teamwork and innovation.- Created a Tableau data visualization dashboard for senior leaders to highlight learning and development opportunities to ultimately drive increased participation, impact and associate growth.- Partner with FERM EVP to deliver monthly reports highlighting key risk matters for Fidelity’s CEO and Audit Committee.- Promote associate engagement through Employee Resource Groups, meeting forums and targeted messaging.

Provided independent audit and advisory services to help Fidelity manage risks and enhance business performance.- Performed audits of Foreign Exchange, Strategic Advisors and Fund Operations, identifying opportunities for improvement.- Co-managed learning program for 25-person audit team, including defining curriculum and tracking associate participation.- Assisted in preparing quarterly reports of key results and audit plans to the Fidelity Funds Boards of Trustees.- Established an analyst forum to drive cross-team collaboration, respond to emerging risks and promote knowledge sharing.

Selected for three internships, the first in Global Trade Operations during the Summer of 2015, performing post-trade executions, securities lending settlements and collateral reconciliations. The Summer of 2016 Corporate Audit internship started with Audit Bootcamp training, followed by assignments to review, analyze and test compliance with fund regulatory reporting requirements. Recruited as the only Audit associate invited back for an internship in the Spring of 2017.

Managed high-volume reception area while communicating with students and parents about academic concerns and connecting them with advisors, faculty and staff.
