The Community Outreach Manager is a leading member of the Piper Preschool Administration, and has a primary focus of building the Piper community, expanding Piper exposure, and supporting all Community Coordinators at Piper Preschool locations across Orange and Los Angeles Counties. As a personal conduit between the Piper Community and the Piper organization as a whole, the Community Outreach Manager employs all tactics necessary to make current families feel connected, prospective families feel welcomed, and faculty feel supported across all campuses. Manages outreach activities leading to increases in enrollment and engagement at all schools, executes outreach campaigns with hyper-local influencers, and networks with local organizations to increase Piper Preschool's visibility in the broader community. Supports the Community Coordinator team in all campus events including Open Houses, Back to School Nights, Community Playdates, and more.

Coordinate all aspects of Piper's "Parent & Me" parenting classes for families with children ages 6 weeks-2 years. Develop and execute age and stage appropriate curriculum plan, including learning experiences that advance the intellectual, emotional, social, and physical development of Piper's littlest students. Provide ongoing parent education and opportunities for parent connection and learning. Equip Piper staff and teachers with continuing education centered on social emotional development and strategies for the classroom.Lead teacher for Piper OC toddler transition parent participation classroom. Incorporate age appropriate learning, activities, exposures for young toddlers alongside their parents. Develop curriculum that engaged children in social-emotional learning, fine and gross motor development, and curiosity for the world around them. Incorporated weekly parenting classes for enrolled families covering various topics in line with the stages and challenges of the classroom children.

Prepare couples to approach birth with knowledge, resources and training for labor and delivery in whatever birth space they choose--hospital, birth center or in the home. Offer prenatal consultations to help parents-to-be navigate the many choices surrounding preparing for birth and the postpartum journey. Supported over 150 families in Southern California and beyon. Certified in The Bradley Method.

Provide account management for over a dozen CARES programs in Southern California. Oversee the hiring, training, development, of placement of our CARES Teams from the interview process through their tenure at apartment communities. The CARES program is a community building and resident retention program that provides business value to apartment owners and management companies while making a lasting difference in the lives of apartment residents.

Responsible for the case management of young adults ages 18-24, from high crime and high poverty neighborhoods in Orange County. These men and women have been either been incarcerated and/or failed to complete high school. This new focus at Solidarity is funded through the Department of Labor WAGEES Project Grant in partnership with the Latino Coalition for Community Leadership.
