Active member in the Oswego Chamber of Commerce. Helping promote and support area businesses, small and large. I'm also the secretary for Leads Group III, where we meet weekly for professional business growth as well as exchanging leads.

I provided targeted marketing solutions and created marketing campaigns for a medium sized optometrist office. I planned and executed different promotions throughout the year to stay fresh and new in the 'eyes' of our patients and community. We hosted events that benefitted the local Chamber of Commerce, the Walter and Connie Payton Foundation, and other charitable organizations. I planned a yearly Trunk Show that showed sales increases of over 100% each year.

West Personnel was a temporary and permanent employment agency. I worked within West Personnel to assist companies with their temporary job openings. I worked with the companies to analyze and assess their employment needs. I conducted sales calls to develop new clients. I worked at recruiting fairs to hire applicants. I assisted with the interviewing process, administer tests to properly place applicants, counsel applicants, provide training and safety information.

Developed and implemented marketing campaigns within a team. We created special event packages and looked at creative and unconvential ways to get the word out. I started a midwest regional marketing brainstorming team in an effort to share information between the 100 Discovery Zone locations in our area.
