Current• Manages high impact, simple organizational development strategies and processes that will drive the organization forwardby assessing organizational needs at the school, network, and executive level.• Leads the design, development, and implementation of programs, policies, and strategies tailored to meet learning needs and program goals.• Evaluates strategies and programs to measure the achievement of established performance goals for all and individual development plans for executives and emerging leaders.• Partners with leaders to integrate talent management processes such as leadership development, talent planning, performance management, competency skill management, employee engagement, and onboarding and retention.• Develops and implements metrics to analyze the impact of organizational learning initiatives processes, and tools on the organization and leads specific initiatives to identify and improve performance excellence.
