- Communicate and coordinate services with airport and FBO personnel, NetJets on-site representatives, and external vendors via phone and email, ensuring all crew members, aircraft, and Owners’ needs are met for a seamless execution of NetJets’ flights- Arrange reservations or obtain special permission for incoming aircraft as necessary, complying with airport regulations- Conduct flight following by monitoring aircraft location, researching, documenting, and updating trip information promptly in NetJets scheduling software. Uses information to identify potential impacts and logistics requirements for all aircraft- Deliver exceptional experiences by precisely coordinating all flight details from customer requests to third-party charter providers

- Lead students furthering their skills while keeping them engaged and passionate- Communicate with students and their parents to plan and organize weekly lessons
