Behavioral Neuroscience, Department of Psychology Alcohol and Development Lab (PI: Dr. Marvin Diaz)-Researched the long-term impacts of prenatal and adolescent drug exposures in animal models, particularly prenatal opioid exposures, using techniques such as: whole-cell patch-clamp electrophysiology, immunofluorescent staining of markers of neurogenesis, and behavioral assays. -Awarded the Center for Development and Behavioral Neuroscience Fellowship for 2021-2022

-Critically reviewed the protocol of a Phase 2 clinical trial in multiple myeloma patients. -Developed a data collection form outlining important processes in data collection at the site as well as delineating responsibilities-Generated case report forms (CRFs) for Electronic Database Capture (EDC) system development6-week micro-internship

-Assisted in data collection and project development for two research studies at Rochester Institute of Technology/NTID-Responsibilities included: creating surveys, recruiting and scheduling participants, and running trials in a bio-behavioral lab looking at categorical perception of speech in individuals with cochlear implants-Organized and managed administrative needs for the Research Initiative of Scientific Enhancement (RISE) program at RIT/NTID
