CurrentA manager on the brand strategy team within Deloitte's Marketing Excellence organization, I lead strategy and planning across Industry marketing endeavors. • Use an insight-led approach to uniquely position Deloitte’s practices, business units, products, and services by identifying gaps in the market, interviewing stakeholders, and uncovering insights from market research.• Leverage quantitative and qualitative research to architect brand positioning strategies and frameworks that guide and influence all external marketing messaging and content.• Team across strategy, account management, creative, and activation to scope, create, and deliver effective annual marketing plans and campaigns that have a lasting impact on both the brand and business.• Educate stakeholders on the value of strategy, bringing in new business opportunities while ensuring the team successfully delivers from a strategic perspective.• Champion learning and development opportunities for 75+ Strategy professionals, providing input on training needs and existing materials and ideating new content and programs based on priorities.• Directly manage a team both onshore and offshore to help them identify, develop, and reach professional goals and work towards future growth opportunities.
