I work directly with working families and as a consultant to multinational businesses, law firms, and universities, including Barclays, the Macquarie Group, NYU, King & Spalding, and Nutter, to provide strategic guidance aimed at improving institutional culture for parents and other carers, including:* On-site workshops, coaching, and master classes for People- and HR-managers.* Lunch & learns, workshops and one-on-one coaching with individuals.* Development of bespoke in-house community support programming to enhance a shared feeling of community and increase retention of parents and other carers.

As the Director of Family Programs, I worked to create a modernized and accessible Parenting Center informed by Jewish values, to meet the needs of the downtown family population. Applying the community catalyst model to both customers and staff, I helped rebuild and streamline our educational, recreational and communitarian offerings to meet the needs of families and staff, and update the way we interact to the 21st century. Through grant-based opportunities, I built collaborative cohorts of Jewish families who come together to deepen their sense of community and Jewish identity using relational learning.

Served as Secretary, Vice President, Member-at-large. Designed curriculum and taught for the most rigorous antenatal training program nationwide.
