Meredith is the Managing Director for the West Coast office of CODA Search, focusing on consumer products, real estate, and technology industries. She has successfully completed senior leadership and executive level searches for finance, M&A, investor relations, accounting, and real estate roles.Meredith brings over a decade of experience in the recruitment business. She carries a unique understanding of optimizing teams from her tenure in internal talent acquisition, HR, external search, and retained search. Meredith provides deep experience in building and modifying teams from pre-IPO through high growth and expansion as well as during restructurings and turnarounds.Meredith started her career in Deloitte's audit practice and began recruiting in 2012 with a national search firm. Meredith received several awards during her tenure there, earning a reputation of success in the market. At the recommendation of a client, she was recruited to join Snapchat as one of their first 500 employees and served as the CFO's dedicated talent partner in building out their finance organization. Prior to CODA Search, Meredith was a Senior Partner in Korn Ferry's Professional Search practice.Meredith has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University and lives in Los Angeles with her French Bulldog, Carl.
