I oversaw all academic and administrative functions of the school, including system and policy development, accreditation, finance, governance, curriculum.

As a member of Greenwich Education Group's leadership team, I consulted on gifted education and education management for the schools and programs in our network. I provided guidance to students and families in Fairfield and Westchester counties, and I engaged in professional development for teachers and administrators from area schools.

Conway, Arkansas

With a team led by Dr. Joseph Renzulli, I collaborated on an online library of original professional development video modules to teach educators how to better meet the needs of gifted students. I presented two key modules—“Characteristics of Gifted Students” and “Teaching for Critical Thinking”—for a live audience of Arkansas leaders and educators in June.
