- Managed multimillion-dollar program grants with large funders like Google and Tesla, spanning multiple years. These grants enabled hundreds of schools serving underrepresented populations to participate in robotics, as well as teacher professional development.- Created applications and equitable process for funding subawards, assisted applicants as needed with the process, triaged and processed subaward applications, tracked subaward recipient policy compliance over multiple years, making sure they fulfilled terms and conditions.-Reached out to communities traditionally underrepresented in STEM fields to engage them in programming, offer them funding, and support their participation. As a Team Engagement Manager I steadily increased participation in my regions each year.-Designed and taught the RECF Coach Academy, an online educator/coach training program to help new coaches be comfortable with coding, engineering concepts, design thinking, and competition robotics. Over 350 coaches successfully participated in the course during the first year through 1:1 virtual sessions, group virtual presentations, and asynchronous activities hosted on a learning management system (LMS).

-Provided technology support for approximately 1000 teachers, students, and staff-Was the only library staff member, managing the physical and online library collection, providing reference services, information literacy lessons for students, and curriculum support for classroom teachers-Developed and implemented a very successful maker program, including designing a maker lab space for a new middle school building-Managed the school's Learning Management System (first Moodle, then Schoology), including guiding the community through a transition between systems-Provided technology professional development-Supported the students, teachers, and staff through a transition to remote learning during the pandemic
